Comida


As trailer trash, Rachel and I enjoy the finest food around. If it is not highly rated we will not eat it…period! While our economy is on the brink of collapse we consider it our responsibility as Americans to stimulate the financial sector with savings from cheap rent by patronizing high class eats through out the North Bay.

When we are not out, The Trailer becomes a mecca to some of the finest cuisine around, worthy of at least four Michelin Stars! Trust me when I tell you it is not easy preparing such high class food in such a small venue, this is comparable to telling Emeril he has to cater an event with a George Foreman Grill. Still, my wife succeeds daily in plating up bites that stir the senses.
